Miracles... Do Happen

Hello again.

I'm here (again) to update my precious notebook.

Today I felt a miracle happened to me. I can't even describe anything, I just like... amazed. Maybe miracles do happen. This thing feels odd, yet unpredictable and amazing.

"Maybe the teacher will give me the permission to not join my extra curriculum class today..." I thought. At that time, I was having trouble between joining the extra curriculum class or finish my another work. The another work is truly irritating. In group of six, we had to make a symbol or a picture or anything by using any have-been-used things, so we used many toilet soaps. The problem was we didn't have much time to finish it. We weren't prepared.

Tomorrow I have a computer class, so I thought it's better to tell the teacher at that time. Then, we all worked hard... worked hard... covered by flour... worked hard... until our hands felt like a stone. Yes, a real stone. But the result is absolutely amazing. We called it "MAHAKARYA" in Indonesian. I think it's "SUPER-DUPER-EXCELLENT-AND-AMAZING WORK" in English. Although it was very messy.

Careful not to drop it, we brought that "MAHAKARYA" until it arrived in the Master's hand. The Master teacher observed it with a "Wow" look in his face. Probably amazed with our "MAHAKARYA." And he took a picture of it.

WE'RE SO PROUD OF OURSELVES...

Relieved that our things were done, we cleaned the messy table we used. That was also a hard work because the table was very messy. Sticky pieces of toilet soaps everywhere. Spilled water everywhere. Flour everywhere. And our only cleaning tools: a 330ml of mineral water and a dust cloth.

Oh, how diligent we are...

Everything's done. But I still felt uneasy because I haven't told my extra curriculum class teacher about this. "What should I do? What if the teacher gives me a bad score? What if the teacher-" My mind was going blank when I heard someone said, "Isn't the graphic design class being cancelled?"

Arrived at home on 3.30 p.m., I reached for my phone immediately. I typed to a friend, asking if it's true that the graphic design class was cancelled. And my friend replied, "Yes, it is true."

God, miracles do happen...

I-I mean, this is amazing! I even find myself hard to believe this. Maybe I've chosen the right choice. Thank you, God, for all this...

TO-DO LIST:
  1. Think again about the miracle that already happened.
  2. Make an entry about the miracle.
  3. Laugh like a crazy person while making the entry.
  4. Sleep.

Yours sincerely,

Detective Cheko
